The case of the missing Wig!!!!

OK so the Show Sunday night was a HUGE success!! The crowd was full and excited ( I think they were glad to see something other than our normal bits) and involved.

I ended up performing a Meryl Streep in Mama Mia, and Eva Peron from Evita.

Momma Mia was HOT and SASSY! They crowd sang along with me and loved the number. I made Bank! I wore this strange combo of clothing pieces that I have Accumulated over the years. It was most uncomfortable consisting of 2 different body suits one with sleeves one without, a half skirt in silver black bell bottoms, and a black and silver corset. Needless to say I could not feel my legs nor could I breathe. I Looked Stunning and Fabulous!

Then came my Dramatic Moment of the Evening, Evita!!!!

I wore a lovely Blue Gown that I recently received from Big Daddy, and I took this lovely blond wig of mine and slicked it back and put it back into a smart little bun with a touch of sparkle to hold it into place, It was lovely. I came out for the first show (we perform at 9:30 and 11:30) and was stunning the crowd was moved even as drunk they understood the drama of the situation. I never do slow songs and so I think that was part of it, but none the less they loved it! I loved it too. It was one of those moments when you are one with the audience and they are really loving what you are doing. I was lost in the moment.

I took down the house with the first show. Then with the second Show, the house took me down.

So we come back after our little break and we started the second show. I went out and rock them with Mama Mia, then I returned back stage to change into my Evita Costume, but I could not.

MY WIG WAS MISSING!!!!! I looked every where, my personal Assistant (who will now on be referred to as "Hunk") looked every where with me. Nadine, Rachel, and Christine (the rest of the cast) all helped me look. Miss Dayna happened to be at the bar and she came back stage I grabbed her by the blouse and said "HAVE YOU SEEN MY WIG????" I was frantic at this point. She said now but I think I know where it is and she left to go track it down. YES, you heard me left the dressing room to go find my wig that just a few moments ago had been sitting happily on it's little wig head. Some one took my wig off the head and out of the dressing room. mean while I am STEAMING, and SCREAMING! and Every one else is trying to calm me down and get me ready to go on stage, luckily I had an extra blond wig with me that was quickly and beautifully swept back into a nice bun, by Christine. and Rachel and Nadine strapped me into my gown. Nadine then Slapped me back into reality. No really she slapped me, and said snap out of it girl, your up next. So Angry as HELL I went on stage as Eva. The Crowd once again was Awed with my beauty, and poise.

When I return to the dressing room, I am informed that they have got the wig back, the poor thing looks like a dead cat or something. I hear the three different story that the cast has been told as to what happened. All three involve the Shot boys (hot men who walk around in Underwear and sell Shots) needless to say they do not work there any more!!!!

I was so mad at the lack of respect for my personal belongings and for the fact that they screwed me up. And so was the rest of the cast, we were all so angry with the disrespect. I did not have to go seek revenge the rest of the girls and Hunk did that for me. They all raised holy hell.

anyways, when we get a look at the security camera videos and get to find out what really happened I will let you know.

Don't fuck with a man in a dress, HE WILL HURT YOU!!! That is all I am saying.

BROADWAY BABY!!!!!!

Hey Mary I need to chat!

Ok, so I have to perform two numbers form broadway this weekend at our regularl Drag Show called La Cage Vegas in Austin it is a Celebrity Female Impersonation Show. This week we are doing a Broadway Themed Show, and I can not for the life of me come up with 2 Iconic Broad way Numbers that someone else in the cast is not already doing. My real Problem is that Everyone that attends our show are very young and not really into broadway.

I am doing "Don't Cry for me Argentina" but what should I do for my second Number your Comments are welcome!!!

here is an example of how unread or uneducated our crowd is one night I came out and did Cher (my signature Ilusion) in a Long Beaded Gown with Long Straight Black Hair, and I had 2 people tell me Cher never wore anything like that sheonly wears leather and underwear and what was up with that hair she has big black hair?

They only like the things that they can remember seeing over and over again in the mainstream media!

PIECE OUT MARY!!
